Binter
We created three downloadable travel guides for Binter, providing passengers with inspiration to discover Madrid, La Palma and Valencia before and during their trip.

Extending
the travel experience
For an airline, the relationship with a passenger does not have to end when the booking is made or the flight takes off. Binter wanted to offer travellers useful information that could help them get more from the destinations they fly to.
We developed three travel guides covering Madrid, La Palma and Valencia, designed to complement Binter's online destination pages and give passengers a resource they could take with them as they planned their trip.
Destination
information a visitor needs
Each guide brought together the information a visitor needs to start getting to know a destination: places worth seeing, local areas, cultural highlights, nature, gastronomy and experiences. The content was structured to give readers a sense of what makes each destination distinctive, while providing enough inspiration to help them decide how to spend their time there.
This required researching and selecting information that would be genuinely useful to someone preparing for a trip, while keeping the tone accessible and engaging.
Three destinations, three personalities
The three guides were developed independently so that each could reflect the character of its destination.
-
Madrid was approached through its combination of urban life, art and gastronomy, from the city's major cultural landmarks to its markets, traditional dishes and most distinctive areas.
-
La Palma called for a very different perspective, focusing on its volcanic landscapes, protected natural spaces, hiking routes, astronomical heritage, local villages and island gastronomy.
-
For Valencia, the content brought together historic heritage, contemporary architecture, beaches, gardens, traditions and a gastronomic culture that goes well beyond paella.
This destination-specific approach meant that the three guides could share a consistent format while offering genuinely different experiences.
Content designed to travel with the passenger
The guides were produced as downloadable PDFs and incorporated into Binter's destination pages, where visitors can access them free of charge.
This format gave the content a practical function. Instead of information that passengers simply read online and leave behind, the guides could be downloaded, saved and consulted while planning their itinerary or exploring the destination.
